Symptoms

On Applications 12.1
Transactions imported into AR from AR through autoinvoice does not have any information populated as tax date

expect to have tax date populated as this isnformation is needed to run ECE VAT register

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. import into AR from OM transactions
2. no tax date information are populated

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have tax date populated needed for VAT reporting purposes
