Entering Order Releases Using Order Template Does Not Crete Order Lines (Doc ID 1340903.1)

When entering Order Releases using Order Template and filling in one or more Order Line Items on the template the packaged item information entered on the screen is not saved to the line item of the newly created Order Release.

Steps to Replicate:

1) Create an Order Release Template
2) Create an Order Release using the template and using Line Items instead of Ship Units
3) Submit the Order
4) Open the created order in edit mode
5) Check that the line items are created on the order
