ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Gross Weight of the Ship Unit of the Order Release does not include the Tare Weight of the Transport Handling Unit

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Gross Weight should sum the Tare Weight in its calculation
