Goal

Why do UDA security Grants enabled at Responsibility and Operating Unit level not work as expected?

Setup Privileges, Roles and Grants to control access to UDA's (User Defined Attributes) in Supplier Management.  With the help of Grants setup, it is possible to assign a Role (set of privileges) for a combination of Grantee (user/group of users), Operating unit and responsibility.

Test and observe the security is not working at responsibility level.  Why?
