On Receipts form, Internal Order transactions fail with the following error:
rvtptcontrol

Log file details:
RVTPT:040 Error in lot/serial or rvtptdoactions or lpn_validation. Rollback to savepoint

ORA-01403: no data found in package WMS_INSTALL Procedure check_install


Steps to Reproduce
1.  Open Receipts form
2.  Enter Internal Requisition then Click Find
3.  Enter line details then Save
**transaction Errors

RVTPT:040 Error in lot/serial or rvtptdoactions or lpn_validation is a generic error.  Solution details in this note should be reviewed only if the following SQL returns the Shipment of concern:
