Carriers Can Unblock Cells In The Appointment Manager (Doc ID 1347319.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 6.2.2 when a Service Provider logs on they are able to open a closed appointment slot.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the Service Provider is not able to open a closed appointment slot.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 -Log onto an OTM 6.2 system as a Service Provider.

2 - Navigate to: Appointment Management > Dock and Yard Managers.

3 - Enter a location.

4 - Click Search.

5 - Select the Location and click: Actions > Manage Appointments.

6 - Right click on a closed appointment slot (grayed out).

7 - The Service Provider can see the pop-up menu and can unblock the appointment.

8 - Click Save to see if the change is saved.
