Symptoms
When submitting a concurrent request from an Oracle Applications Self-Service screen like FNDCPSRSSSWA, some profile arguments are set to null.
This happens when the concurrent program is having a parameter with the following setup:
Validation Default Type: Profile
Validation Default Value: PER_PERSON_ID
