Symptoms

Requisition Action History shows wrong approval actions when using AME with the First Responder Wins.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see correct action history

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into iProcurement
2.Create non-catalog requisition
3.Review the approval list, showing two approval groups
4.Now login as one approver listed in first approval group
5.Approve the requisition, it shows it is approved by all other approvers
