R12: Font And Links Have Changed After Patching (Doc ID 1348791.1)

Symptoms


After applying OAF patches 11894708, 12630484 and 12687346, Fonts are messed up (appear bigger) on Self Service Framework pages which is also causing some links (such as Favorites, Update, ... and others) to be missing. Also seeing missing images, and buttons (Update, Cancel, Next,...) on some of the pages.

It was also found that:

An Update Button should appear for each item and Test icon, but they are missing.
