Symptoms

R12 Upgrade creates duplicate party sites due to different values in attribute columns.Only one part site is assigned to supplier site making other party sites to remain as orphans.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. After upgrading to R12 from 11i log into Oracle applications using a Payables responsibility.
  2. Open the Supplier page
    (N) Suppliers > Inquiry
  3. Query the supplier
  4. Query the supplier site
  5. Check the duplicate addresses of the supplier site.
