Symptoms


On : 12.1.3 version, Saudi Arabia HR

When viewing the online payslip, or Saudi Payslip report, the basic salary element value is being doubled in the earnings element section.

For example:
Basic Salary Amount: X

Earnings section of the online payslip/payslip report
Basic Salary: 2X



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Upgrade to 12.1.3 from 11.5.10.2
  2. Run the Saudi Payroll Process
  3. Check the online payslip.
