When attempting to create a new vacancy, the following error occurs after pressing Next button on the Create Vacancy: Format Job Posting page:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Recruiter or iRecruitment Manager.
2. Navigation: iRecruitment Home - Vacancies tab.
3. Press Create a Vacancy button.
4. On Create Vacancy: Format Job Posting page, press Next button.
5. Get error message.
