Symptoms
A driver is assigned to a shipment for a specific date. The driver is added to the Time-Phase Chart on the Dispatch Board (or custom Advanced Layout). However, there is no information displayed to represent the driver's time usage based on this assignment. The Time-Phased Chart is simply empty.
