Order Movement Sequence Number Is Missing From Search And Results On Screen Set

Symptoms
When attempting to Search for the Order Movement using the Sequence Number, the following issue is seen:
-- Issue
It is missing from the Search and Results Screen but was available in OTM Version 5.5.05
-- Expected Behavior
That the Order Movement Sequence Number would be visible and available in the Search and Results screen
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
Log into an instance running OTM Version 6.2
1. Navigate to Order Movement screen via Order Management -> Order Release -> Order Movement
2. Notice that there is no Sequence number on the Search screen in which to query from
3. Click search, and there is no Sequence number listed in the results returned
Logging into an OTM Version 5.5.05 and following the same steps, the Sequence number is available in the Search Screen as well as in the results that are displayed.
