R12 - Menu/Function Exclusions For Customers Screen Are Not Removed (Doc ID 1353610.1)

Goal

In R12.1.2, several menu/functions are excluded for Customers screen on the AR responsibility (MGRC Collections Leasing Agent) but these tabs still appear in Customers screen.

For example: Profile Amounts, Payment Details, Order Management, Late Charges tabs still appear in Customers screen even though those functions are excluded.

Steps to reproduce:

1)
-System Administrator, N: Security : Responsibility : Define
-Query for the custom responsibility 'MGRC Collections Leasing Agent'
-Select Menu Exclusions tab
-Choose the following menus (from the list of values) to be excluded:
Account Overview: Profile Amounts (FS)
Account Overview: Payment Details (FS)
Account Overview: Order Management (FS)
Account Overview: Late Charges (FS)
-Save

2)
-Log into the resposnibility 'MGRC Collections Leasing Agent', N: Customers : Customers
-Query for a customer
-Under Accounts region, click on Details icon
-The page appears with all those tabs that are supposed to be excluded.
