Update Locator Capacity Program Does Not Update Current, Suggested and Available Units Correctly

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a Miscellaneous receipt and check that the current units is updated correctly.
From Mobile - Warehousing > Inventory > Receipts > Misc Receipts
Item: xxxx
Qty: 100
Locator: nnn.nnn.n.n

2. Stock Locator form shows Current Units for the Locator is now 100

3. Run concurrent program "Update Locator Capacity".
The data of Current, Suggested and Available Units fields are set to null
