R12: CE: Bank Accounts and System Parameters Windows Give Access to Wrong Legal Entity (Doc ID 1354595.1)

Symptoms

The actual application behavior suggests that :
The  Bank Accounts and System Parameters window gives access to Legal Entity B that the responsibility should not have access to.
The CE UMX Security Wizard only assigned Legal Entity A to that responsibility(role) via the Roles and Role Inheritance.

It is expected that  the responsibility should not have access to Legal Entity B to which it was not given access to.

Issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1.Navigate to the System Parameters window and data for Legal Entity B are displayed.
2. Navigate to the Bank Accounts window and bank accounts from Legal Entity B are displayed.
