Weight and Volume Not Seen on Equipment Capacity Override in UI

Symptoms
When attempting to add the weight and volume to the Equipment Capacity Override, the following issue is seen:
-- Issue
The weights and volumes are not being displayed
-- Expected Behavior
That the weights and volumes would be displayed in Capacity Override screen
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
Logged into an instance running OTM 6.2
1. Navigated to Shipment Management > Equipment Management > Equipment Capacity Override
2. Selected New
3. Create New Equipment Capacity Override
4. Select either Restrict By Transport Mode ID or Equipment Group and then define the criteria to be used.
5. Define a Max Weight and Max Volume.
6. Click Save
Weight and Volume are not showing up as expected in the UI.
