Symptoms
in R12.1.2 when the BI Publisher concurrent request PDF output is initially run the numeric characters are displayed like 40,000 and 97,229.16. But when that same PDF output (same request ID) is run from Tools > Republish/Reprint the numeric character values display as 40u000 and 97u229n16.
Profile 'XDO: Numeric characters' is set to 10,000.00
Profile 'ICX: Numeric characters' is set to 10,000.00
