Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Concurrent Manager Issues
Database is upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2 (migrated from 32 bit to 64 bit database.)
EBS got upgraded from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3
The following error occurs for several concurrent managers
ERROR
---------
Could not contact Service Manager FNDSM_<HOST>_<SID>. The TNS alias could not be located, the listener process on <HOST> could not be contacted, or the listener failed to spawn the Service Manager process.
Routine AFPEIM encountered an error while starting concurrent manager PODAMGR.
The manager is not able to start properly.
The manager has been put on a SYSTEM HOLD to allow the system administrator to address the issue.
When addressed, the "Fixed" button on the Administer Managers screen can be pressed to restart the manager.
Routine AFPEIM encountered an error while starting concurrent manager RCVOLTM.
