Goal
South Sudan declared its independence from Sudan on July 5, 2011, and the country of SUDAN separated into 2 countries: SUDAN and SOUTH SUDAN. South Sudan has been recognized by the UN and the ISO has published the 3166-1 code of "SS" for Sudan.
The Legal Entity is based on FND_TERRITORIES_VL which is based on FND_TERRITORIES. Currently only 'SD' exists for SUDAN.
Therefore please provide a patch that delivers the new South Sudan territory code.
