Symptoms
When attempting to perform a Force Relayed shipment during execution between last actualized stop and next stop using current date and time, OTM creates 2 shipments with null Planned and Estimated dates for Relay stops on both shipment, as well as it populates the wrong distance on relay stop from previous stop.

That the there would would be Planned and Estimated dates for Relay stops on both shipments with the correct distance on the relay stops.
