Layout = Add Assets - Default

A blank worksheet is created and no cells are populated with any data.

Verified the security setup in Excel on workstation:
'Trust all installed add-ins and templates' was already checked
1. Select Tools > Macro > Security
2. Click on the Trusted Sources tab
3. Ensure that 'Trust all installed add-ins and templates' is checked
