Symptoms
When running the pick release process the Pick Slip report is generated twice.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : Oracle Order Management
2. Navigate: Shipping > Release Sales Orders > Release Sales Orders SRS
3. Pick release the order
4. View Requests
5. Observe multiple Pick Slip Reports are generated
