Time Zone Shows In UTC (Universal Time Code) Zone In Assign Actions Screen (Doc ID 1357893.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 6.1.4

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the Unassign Shipment From Driver screen the start and end times show a time zone of UTC.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to have the time zone of the location.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log on to an OTM 6.1 system.

2 - Navigate to: Fleet Management > Driver Manager > Search for and selected a Driver.

3 - Clicke on: Actions > Fleet Management > Assign > Unassign Shipment from Driver.

4 - The 'Unassign Shipment from Driver' screen is displayed.

5 - Note the 'Start Time' and 'End TIme' have time and date stamps but the time zone is shown as UTC.
