Symptoms

When running 'perl adpreclone.pl dbTier' it ends after 50% completed and log shows:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: <ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/clone/jlib/oui/jlib (Access is denied)
and
java.io.FileNotFoundException: <ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/clone/jlib/oui/jlib/Libraries.old (Access is denied)
