Symptoms
When clicking on the "Raw XML" button from viewing a Transmission, the following error is encountered:
1. Navigate to Business Process Automation -> Integration -> Transmission Manager
2. Search for a Transmission and View
3. Click "Raw XML"
4. The window displays the above error.
