(Doc ID 1360338.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 08, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version: 6.2.2 and later   [Release: 6.2 and later ]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When adding a Pseudo Remark Qualifier to the SHIPMENT_SPECIAL_SERVICE Screenset results, the following issues occur:

1. If only adding 1 Remark with the Qualifier Added to the Screenset to one of the special services, the remark shows up on all returned rows.
2. If adding a remark configured on the screenset to 2 different special services, the following error occurs when doing a search on that shipment:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created copy of SHIPMENT_SPECIAL_SERVICE screenset:

2. Added the following to the finder Results: Remark Text (P) with Remark
Qual Of CHECK_NUMBER label Check Number

3. Added to menu as Custom Special Service

4. Added the following Special Services 2x to Shipment 010109 as follows:
BX TEST - Stop 1 - Remark - CHECK NUMBER with a value of 1234
Load - No Remarks
Unload - No Remarks

To Replicate:

1. Log into OTM 6.2
2. Click On Menu Item Custom Special Service.
3. Search by Shipment ID 010109.
4. In the results, notice the Check Number is listed as 1234 for all 3 rows returned even though it was only entered for Special Service BX TEST.
5. If I go back and add the CHECK_NUMBER remark qual to shipment 01019 to the Load Special Service and refresh my query, I now get this error:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
