Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade the production environment from 6.1.0 to 6.2.1, the OWNER column for tables EXTERNAL_PREDICATE and TABLE_SET_DETAIL was not added for glogowner in ROD

-- Steps
1. Follow the upgrade steps to move to OTM Version 6.2.1.
2. In the aa_dbupdate_60 log it will show that the update was applied yet did not throw an ORA error.
3. Verify that the column did not load by looking at the dbpatch_60 log.  You should see something like the following:
