Symptoms

Blanket releases changes will require a re-approval and a new revision should be generated but, this is not happening.

The revised document will not get generated. Change in item Quantity, buyer change, promised date change, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Purchase order form
2. Create release for Blanket agreement
3. Save > Make changes in Quantity > PO goes for 'Requires reapproval' , but revision is not created.
