Action Reasons Data Grid Now Showing Entered Values After Save (Doc ID 1362723.1)

Symptoms

In Manage User Access screen when selecting Action Reasons for User Access Type, clicking on Edit User Access, then selecting a value for an Audit Action ID then selecting a value for Requires and save. The grid does not display the “Requires” value in the data grid. Also, when a particular record is edited, using the pencil, the default value of “PROMPT” appears. Querying the APP_ACTION_REASON_ACCESS table shows the correct values.
