Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2, when selecting the Primary Contact Relationship checkbox in contact form, the following error appears:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR Manager > People > Enter and Maintain > Contact form.
2. Select the Primary Contact Relationship checkbox.
3. Error appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to select the primary contacts.
