Symptoms


Using Oracle Applications release 12.1.3, DB 11.1.0.7,
a failure to compile Package BIS_TARGET_LEVEL_PVT. after the upgrade to eBS 12.1.3 and DB 11.1.0.7.

0/0 PLS-00907: cannot load library unit APPS.BIS_TARGET_LEVEL_PUB
(referenced by <SCHEMA>.BIS_TARGET_PVT)

 

Steps to reproduce
1. Upgrad eBS from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and DB from 11.1.0.6 to 11.1.0.7,
2. Ran adadmin utility to recreate grants for APPS user.
3. Compiled all invalid objects and verified that the only remaining one is APPS.BIS_TARGET_PVT,
4. Tried to recompile the package by running BISVTARB.pls 120.0 + BISVTARB.pls 120.1, as APPS user,
but it failed after with a warning:
a. Checked the errors and it returned following:

show error;
Errors in PLS-00907 for PACKAGE BODY BIS_TARGET_LEVEL_PVT:

Changes

Upgraded eBS from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and DB from 11.1.0.6 to 11.1.0.7.
