Symptoms
On OTM version 6.2.0
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot have an Order Base Line with a Item count of 0, OTM will alter a 0 (zero) to a 1 (one).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to have a zero if a zero is entered.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an internal OTM 6.2 system.
2 - Navigated to: Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base Line.
3 - Click NEW and enter the following:
ID: <ID>
Parent Order Base: <PARENT_ORDER_BASE>
Packaging Item ID: <ITEM_ID>
Total Package Count: 0
4 - Click Save.
5 - Edit the Order Base Line.
6 - The field Total Package Count is now set to be 1.
