Symptoms
As part of the migration from OTM 5.5.06.03 to OTM 6.2.3 problems have been reported regarding longer than expected run-time when applying changes to the INVOICE_SUMMARY table. One of the primary patches reported as having run longer than expected is for the an enhancement added in 6.2.
