Goal
Currently, for message enhancements such as an email tag-line, agents must manually remember to apply to all messages.
eg:
All message sent from the Support@XXXX.com account have the tag:
Customer Support Division, My Support @2011
All message sent from the Support@XXXX.com account have the tag:
Customer Support Division, My Support @2011
In Oracle Email Center (IEM), is it possible to automatically apply a template to all email center replies?
