Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Setup Issues
When attempting to add new shipping document category, the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-WSH-228014: This category already exists or overlaps with an existing category definition.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibly > Setup > Shipping > Document > Document Category
2. Add new document with any name and choose Document Type 'Bill of Lading'. Try to save and receive error.
