Goal
After upgrading to 12.1.3, about 72 programs that call API
FND_PROFILE.GET ('CONC_REQUEST_ID',gv_conc_request_id)
when run from CONCSUB is now returning a NULL value instead of a real value.
This use to work prior to the upgrade from 12.1.1.
When run within Applications, they run ok.
Why doesn't the call work when run with CONCSUB?
