Symptoms

Upgraded employee type supplier records having null employee id.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle applications using a Payables responsibility.
  2. Open the Suppliers page
    (N) Suppliers > Entry > Suppliers
  3. Query an Supplier
  4. Click on the Organization TAB
  5. No Employee Information exists
