How we can transfer LPN from one WMS enabled organization to another WMS enabled organizations without unpacking?

STEPS

a) Create to WMS enabled inventory organization called WMS-S and WMS-D

b) Generated LPN and packed stock into this WMS-LPN1 in WMS-S organization

c) Did an inter-org transfer to WMS-D organization

d) Receive the stock into WMS-D, the stock is unpacked from WMS-LPN1. Is this standard functionality?
