ITS Error: ERROR OCCURRED IN RLM CUM QTY API (Doc ID 1372827.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version

Interface Trip Stop continuously errors out. The user manually entered a sales order.  They then submitted Demand Processor request > Releases the Sales order > ITS is ran and errors out and no DSNO is generated nor is the CUM updated by the system. See the ITS warning below.

OBSERVATION
---------------------
DSNO not being generated for a trading partner and CUM is also not updated upon ship confirmation
CUM Management Type is CUM_BY_DATE_ONLY
Order line will be associated with the following CUM Key ID: 208

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Release Management
2. Manual schedule booked for this customer first time.
3. Submit Demand Processor request.
4. Release Sales Order
5. Shipping transaction
6. ITS , no DSNO generated & no cum updated by system (ITS ended in Warning)
