Symptoms

After applying Projects <patch 12925123> PERIODIC RELEASE FOR 12.1.3 ON 21-OCT-201, now when trying to interface Projects Invoices to Accounts Receivable it returns the following error

Error numbers: Signal 11; ORA-04063: package body "APPS.PA_INV_ON_ACCOUNT_CM" has errors.
Errors for PACKAGE BODY APPS.PA_INV_ON_ACCOUNT_CM:

The issue can occur for other customers who have not applied patch 12925123.
