Goal

Is it possible to set an item to Required, making it a mandatory field using Framework Personalizations, where a user is unable to continue in Self-Service pages without populating the field?

For example, customer would like to use the checkbox as the "I Agree" statement by the employee when signing up for United Way Contributions in Individual Compensation Distributions for Employee Self-Service.
