On OTM version 6.2.0 when a Shipment has Rate Costs where one or more of the costs is 0.00 USD OTM cannot allocate the full cost of the Shipment and the following error is encountered.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log onto an OTM 6.2 system.

2 - Create a rate with two rate costs, one for 9999 and one for 0.

3 - Create and plan an Order.

4 - On the resulting shipment allocate the costs, the error is encountered.
