Tracking Event Agent Action "Set Processing Status Does Not Set Tracking Event Status to Error as Expected (Doc ID 1377199.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to use Agent Action SET PROCESSING STATUS, the Processing Status is set to FRESH. when a match is not found, It is expected to go to Error status.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup:

Agent: TRACKING_EVENT_COPY_REMARK
Agent Event: TRACKING EVENT - CREATED: INTEGRATION or INTERNAL or USER
Agent Body:
MATCH SHIPMENT: By Shipment ID
SET PROCESSING STATUS
COPY REMARKS TO TRACKING EVENT: TRACKING EVENT TO SHIPMENT, COLOR, COLOR
Agent Error:
SET PROCESSING STATUS
NOTIFY: USER
Error Tab: Notify: USER

To Replicate:

1. Log into OTM 6.2.
2. Go to Shipment Management --> Visibility --> Tracking Event.
3. Click New.
4. Enter the following:
Responsible Party: Carrier
Status: Arrived / Arrived at Pickup
Event Date/Time: Any
Do NOT enter a shipment ID as you want the match to fail for testing
purposes.
5. Click Finished.
6. Click Edit to View the event.
7. Click Processing result and notice the Processing Status is set to Fresh.

The client expects the status to go to error when the matching or agent fails in general. The client is also expecting an error code to be populated once in Error status.
