Symptoms

Finding that the "Create Accounting for Process Manufacturing Financials" is failing with the following error when run for Process Category 'Production' :

Message No - 95937

Message - There are either non-accountable events existing in the system, or events which could not be processed because no data could be found on transaction objects.

Please enable the profile option SLA: Enable Diagnostics,create accounting again, and run the report Transaction Objects Diagnostics to identify the problem

 

An OPM Batch which was Closed at the time the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor (GMFXUPD) was run has been Reopened before this run of Create Accounting. This can happen if the any transaction has been modified or cancelled after the OPM preprocessor was ran and when create accounting access the related data it seems to be missing.
