How Can One Quickly Delete a Custom Folder Resulting in Modifiers Not Being Displayed in the Modifier Setup Form? (Doc ID 1379480.1)

Goal

How can one quickly delete a folder on the modifier setup form?
The folder view has an issue. It was created with "save query" checked.
Now, even though one unchecks "save query" and clicks the OK button,
the "save query" box is check. As one cannot get rid of it, it is corrupting
the view and will not allow one to progress forward.
