Symptoms
After applying SEPA DD <Patch 9683794:R12.IBY.B>, find that Create Settlement Batches gives the following error:
Error message :
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20000: IBY_20220#ERRMSG=Payee Identifier is required o (ERR_OBJECT=Batch name)
