Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 version, when being logged in Russian, when trying to launch the concurrent request "Adjustments Journal Report", clicking on "Language Settings", and then "OK", the following error message is displayed:
ORA-01403:
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED ORA-06502.
This problem does not occur when logged in other languages (French, English).
