Symptoms


When attempting to Bulkload in any language which is not the base language (e.g.: Spanish in an English language instance), the following error occurs.

Error

This line contains one or more translation for item descriptors. Descriptor values must exist in the item's base language
prior to translation.



Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in  and access Buyer Work Center.
2. Click Agreements (Create).
3. Go to Lines.
4. Bulkload the items in any other language which is not the base language.
